To donate furniture please complete the form below. Please note:

• All upholstered items must have a 1988 Fire Regulation label attached
• Mattresses must be stain-free, with a fire-resistant label attached
• Please include photos of items you wish to donate, including photos of the fire labels on each upholstered item
• All electrical items must be in good working order
• We reserve the right to refuse to accept items on inspection if they do not meet our requirements
